About shipping and delivery methods
● US$15 shipping fees for standard Global delivery (includes all countries).
●We will ship your order within 3 business days .
●We leave the delivery method to our store, and we do not accept the designation of the vendor. Thank you for your understanding.
● Since it is basically a post-mailing service, even if there is a problem such as loss, theft, or damage, we cannot guarantee it at all.
● Once the order is been signed or completed, we cannot be responsible for products damage.
About delivery time
●After confirming your order, we will ship it within 3 business days from the date of your order. Delivery time is within 7 days from shipping.
●If the next day of your order falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped on the next business day. Please note.
●Regarding long holidays and temporary closures such as year-end and New Year holidays etc., we will inform you on the top of the site and on SNS.
●Depending on traffic conditions, the arrival date may change. Also, delivery to remote islands may take some time.

You can choose one of the following payment methods.

It will be a payment method by credit card.
Available cards: JCB, VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS
Apple Pay
This is a payment method that allows you to pay using credit card information or electronic money registered with Apple Pay.

This is a payment method that allows you to pay using credit card information or electronic money registered with Google Pay.
PayPal
This is a payment method that allows you to pay using your credit card information or bank account registered as PayPal.

Cancellation/return/exchange
We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after the order has been confirmed, except when the product is defective.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will replace it immediately, so please contact us using the inquiry form below.
*However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for pierced earring needles (posts) that have been distorted due to shipping during normal shipping.
Eligible for return/exchange
- There is a defect that significantly impairs the functionality of the product (part failure, etc.)
- Defects (such as contamination) that significantly impair the design of the product
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact customer support with your name, order number, and whether you would like a return or exchange.
Not eligible for returns/exchanges
- If there is no contact from the inquiry form in advance
- When [ 8 days or more] have passed since the product arrival date
- Wrong order due to customer's carelessness
- Reasons such as the appearance of the product, such as color and shape, differing from the image
- Product used
- Items that have passed more than 7 days after delivery
- Products that have been scratched or soiled by the customer
- Products without packages (bags/cases)
- Other products that clearly state that they cannot be returned on the product introduction page.
As a general rule, we cannot accept requests, so please check carefully before placing an order.
