Orders placed by [December 27th 23:59] will be shipped on the 28th of the year.

* Convenience store payment will be shipped on the 28th with payment by 23:59 on the 27th. After that, it will be shipped sequentially from January 4th.

Orders placed [after the 28th] will be shipped sequentially from January 4th.
*Delivery to areas where delivery is suspended due to heavy snow is scheduled to be shipped sequentially after cancellation.

We will respond to inquiries by [12:59 pm, December 27] in order.
Inquiries made after the 28th will be answered in order from January 4th.
